As it’s primarily a service, Payroll Starter doesn’t have a free trial. Just subscribe and immediately get peace of mind!
What services are included in payroll outsourcing?
The payroll outsourcing component of Sprout Payroll Starter includes processing of standard payroll every cut-off (charged per month). Maximum of 2 payouts per month – for semi-monthly. This covers the computation of government-mandated deductions (SSS, Philhealth, HDMF) and other deductions from gross pay (e.g. SSS loans, Pag-ibig loans, employee advances, loans, etc.), as well as withholding tax of employees.

At Sprout, we understand the challenges faced by small business entrepreneurs. We’ve intentionally made this offer at as low as Php 5,000 to ensure it’s not just affordable but also practical. We believe that payroll and government compliance should never be obstacles in the path to your business success.
How does it help with government requirements?
Sprout Payroll Starter involves adding and removing employees in each government system and preparing all necessary reports for payment. Sprout will also have to access an SSS account to generate PRC and PHIC account to generate SPA and remittance list.
What kind of transactions with BIR does it cover?
A subscription to Payroll Starter includes the processing of monthly BIR standard reports (BIR 1601C). It also involves the processing of annualization including computation, and preparation of reports. Printing and submission to BIR (BIR 1604, Datfile, Alphalist BIR 2316, etc.) will be handled by the client.
What are the functions of HR lite?
HR lite is the time and attendance management system that comes with the Payroll Starter subscription; it allows the user to view attendance, clock in and out, file leaves, view payslips, and view attendance conflicts in one dashboard.
