Promo Period
The promo will run from May 19, 2025 to August 6, 2025.
Who Can Join
- Open to companies registered and operating in the Philippines with at least 50 full-time employees.
- Participants must be HR, payroll, operations, finance, or decision-making representatives of the company.
- The company must have an HR and/or payroll system requirement within 3 to 6 months from the date of the demo.
- Employees and immediate relatives (up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity) of Sprout Solutions and its affiliates, advertising agencies, and third-party suppliers directly involved in the promo are disqualified from joining.
How to Join
- Book a demo with Sprout Solutions by visiting https://discover.sprout.ph/win-flight/ or through an authorized Sprout representative during the promo period.
- Attend the demo as scheduled with a Sprout Solutions expert.
- Present proof or verbally confirm a valid HR/payroll solution requirement within 3–6 months during the demo session.
- Upon validation, participants will receive one (1) raffle entry.
Raffle Prize
- Two (2) winners will receive ₱50,000 worth of airfare vouchers, redeemable for local or international flights, or have the amount transferred directly to their account for travel purchases of their team/ department.
- The airfare voucher may be booked directly by the winner through the airline or authorized travel agency chosen by Sprout Solutions.
- Travel is subject to airline or travel agency terms and availability.
Raffle Draw
- The raffle draw will be held on June 18, 2025 and August 7, 2025 at 3:00 PM, at the Sprout Solutions Head Office.
- The winner will be determined via an electronic randomizer.
Announcement of Winner
- The winner will be announced on Sprout Solutions’ official website and social media pages within five (5) working days after the draw.
- The winner will also be notified via registered mail, email, and phone call.
Claiming of Prize
- To claim the prize, the winner must present the following:
- A copy of the notification letter/email
- One (1) valid government-issued ID
- Certificate of Employment
- Letter of No Objection from the Department Head/Company CEO
- Redemption period is within 60 days from receipt of notification. If unclaimed, the prize will be forfeited.
Terms and Conditions
- The prize is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
- Only demo attendees who comply with the promo mechanics are eligible for the raffle.
- By participating, the participant agrees that Sprout Solutions may collect and use their personal information for communication and promotional purposes related to this campaign.
- Sprout Solutions reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries in case of fraud or non-compliance with promo rules.
- All expenses not covered by the prize, including travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, and taxes (if any), will be borne by the winner.
